Dr. Irena Starchenko is a licensed general dentist with 30+ years of clinical experience. She earned her first dental degree at Kharkiv National Medical University in 1993 and a master’s in orthodontics in 1999. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. She’s a member of the ADA and AGD.
She provides exams, cleanings, crowns and smile restoration for patients of all ages in Encino and the San Fernando Valley. Because of her orthodontic training, braces and clear aligner cases here are planned by a dentist who has studied tooth movement formally, not just as a side service.
